Linking Community Care with Emergency Departments

EmergAlert is priced so that clients can benefit from a quick ROI (Return On Investment).

EmergAlert is a fully automated software system which connects emergency departments to local community care providers and the license pricing reflects the number of nodes and the traffic, ie:

• The number of Emergency departments within the health region connecting to the system
• The number of Community Care providers within the health region connecting to the system
• The volume of traffic in the Emergency departments

Installation, which is very straightforward, is typically handled by the client’s IT staff. The initial software license price includes any software customization required at the time of installation along with full training on the system.

There is a small annual maintenance and support fee which is calculated as a percentage of the initial sale. This covers software support, software updates and help desk assistance.

At any time after the initial purchase, clients can add additional nodes to their system and Infonium provides professional services expertise to help clients build out their systems, as required.

Infonium also offers an optional monitoring service to alert clients when aspects of their systems are not functioning along with optional training services to assist new administrative staff, as required.
